The commissioned product will be delivered digitally.

I am not responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.

Clients can not claim they created the product.

I reserve all rights to the image (not to the character(s) and/or intellectual property displayed in the image). In turn, I the artist must either state when posting commissioned products to the public that it is a commissioned image or that it is client work, or clarify to inquiries that the character design and artwork is a commissioned piece.

Clients have the right to one complete revision in the sketching phase.

Clients have the right to 3 minor edits after completion (I.E. eye color change).

The commissioned products cannot be altered and/or used for commercial use without additional fees.

Clients do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, and/or future inventions in the space.

Clients do not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and/or any future inventions in the space.

Clients are required to contact me/respond in a timely manner to ensure delivery of commissioned product is on time.

All prices are in USD

All invoicing/payment will be sent via Paypal.

Up-front payment is required for orders of or under $100.

For orders over $100, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required before I will begin working on the commission.

Clients may request a refund before work has begun on the order.

Payment is non-refundable after delivery of the commissioned product.

I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Commissioned products that I have not begun working on will be refunded in the event of this happening.

Clients are required to pay any remaining balance on partially-paid orders before receiving the finished product.

I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion and with no stated reason.

By placing an order and paying for a commission, clients indicate that they have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.

Include the word "Commission" in the title of your email

Describe what type of commission option you would like (Sprite, Portrait, etc.)

Attach any relevant references of your character - these can include Pinterest boards (make sure they are public, please!), images in PNG or JPEG format, character sheets, etc.

You may also provide a description of your character in addition to or as an alternative to the above step.
